SERVICE POLICIES

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before receiving any services at MakeupShonti LLC. By booking an appointment and receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Services are by appointment only. All appointments must be scheduled and confirmed in advance for all services. This allows us to properly schedule our clients and provide excellent service.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time services are completed. MakeupShonti accept cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle and MakeupShonti LLC gift cards.

DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to any MakeupShonti LLC property that occurs during their scheduled appointment.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Trained service animals assisting clients with health concerns and disabilities are welcome. Please inform us upon booking if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

MakeupShonti LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

LOST + STOLEN ITEMS

We take care to safeguard your belongings but are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you during your scheduled session.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Your service provider may give recommendations for specific services, products, or treatment plans based on their professional expertise. However, you understand that the final decision to proceed with any recommended services or purchase any products is solely your own. MakeupShonti LLC shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or consequences resulting from your decisions regarding the recommended services or products.

RELEASE + INDEMNIFICATION

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue MakeupShonti LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the provision of esthetician services, including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or adverse reactions.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or last minute cancellations may be subject to no longer being able to receive services from MakeupShonti in the future.

REFUNDS

Refunds are generally not provided for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let your service provider know so we can determine the appropriate course of action. Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

HEALTH + SAFETY

Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. Prior to receiving any services, you agree to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or other relevant information that may affect or be affected by the services provided. MakeupShonti LLC reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on this information to ensure your well-being.For your safety and comfort, please follow all instructions provided by staff regarding proper conduct, movement, and handling of products/tools during your service.

INFECTIONS + ILLNESS

For the health and safety of staff and clients, we cannot service clients with contagious infections or illnesses such as COVID, pink eye, lice, nail fungus, etc.

SERVICE CONSENT

By scheduling services, you give your informed consent for the application of products, use of tools and equipment, and performance of the agreed-upon procedures necessary for the services. You understand that certain treatments may involve temporary discomfort, potential side effects, or risks. If you experience any unexpected pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions during the service, you will immediately notify your service provider.

SERVICE HOURS

Salon hours, holidays, and unexpected closures are posted online and at our entrance. We reserve the right to adjust hours as necessary. Advance notice will be provided when possible.

SERVICES PROVIDED

MakeupShonti LLC offers a range of professional services, including but not limited to facials, skincare treatments, waxing, makeup application, and other beauty treatments. You understand and acknowledge that the specific services provided may vary depending on your individual needs, preferences, and the professional judgment of the esthetician.

RESULTS + EXPECTATIONS

While your service provider strives to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to skin type, skin condition, adherence to aftercare instructions, and lifestyle habits. MakeupShonti LLC does not guarantee specific results and shall not be held responsible for any perceived or actual lack of desired results.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how MakeupShonti LLC (the "Service Provider") collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained from clients or visitors (collectively referred to as "you" or "your") in connection with the esthetician services provided. The Esthetician is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. By using The Service Provider's services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
